A "Culture-Flavored" Treat

If you visit Japan, Kamakura is a "must-go" location... great for you Kamakura has not only the savoury street foods and amazing views, but also the famous café/restaurant,  Momiji-Chaya (もみじ茶屋). Maybe it's your first time hearing of this place, but I'm sure you have seen online these rich, creamy, matcha tiramisu served in "masu" sake boxes. There's a constant queue outside, but I was lucky enough to get in immediately, when I went on a weekday two minutes (literally) after the opening time.
